What is the group size for your trips?
Tour minimum is 10 people and maximum is 24 people.
If we don't have 10 people booked on a tour, we will cancel the tour.
How long are your tours?
Depending on what tour you take, they range from 4 to 8 hours.
Where are you located?
The Savory Lane is located in Derry, New Hampshire.
What's the cancellation/refund policy? How will we be notified if the tour is cancelled?
Customers will receive a full refund and/or credit if canceled 14 days before the tour date.
In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the tour will be rescheduled. If the new tour date does not work for the customer, we will issue a credit towards another tour. Contact us by phone at 978-912-0444 to cancel and/or inquire about a cancellation.
No-shows will be charged the full price.
Is smoking/vaping allowed on the bus?
No.
Can you bring your own alcohol?
Bringing your own alcohol is prohibited.
Is your bus handicap-accessible?
It is not.
Does the bus have a bathroom?
Yes, Freddie is equipped with a bathroom.
Will the tour still go as scheduled, even in the rain?
Yes.
Where do I meet the bus?
Depending on your tour, most tours will leave from Windham, NH Park & Ride, Andover, MA Park & Ride and/or Cider Hill Farm in Amesbury, MA. Each tour will have a pick up location listed. If you create a customized tour, we will pick up and drop off at your location.
Who drives the bus?
Per the state law, our bus driver is a licensed CDL driver, with passenger and airbrakes endorsement, and a current medical card.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing, and walking shoes. Jacket for the evening.
What should I bring?
Sunscreen, bug spray, hat (if you are sensitive to the sun).
Yoga/Journaling Tour – Yoga mat.
Birdwatching Tour – Binoculars are recommended.
What happens if we are late?
We will NOT hold the bus for you. PLEASE make sure you are on time. If you miss the bus, please call 978-912-0444.
Does the bus have air conditioning and heat?
Yes, we have two mini-split air conditioning/heating systems on the bus. It will make the experience extremely cozy and comfortable no matter what time of the year it is.
Rules of Freddie (bus)
There will always be a driver and host with Freddie. We want our guests to have a fun, exciting, memorable, and relaxing time. We can refuse to transport or ask a guest to leave at any time if they display unruly, dangerous behavior and/or intoxicated actions are undermining the well-being of other guests.
WE ASK THAT YOU KINDLY DRINK RESPONSIBLY. WE WILL CALL AN UBER IF WE FEEL IT IS NOT SAFE FOR YOU TO DRIVE. TAKING AN UBER IS ALWAYS RECOMMENDED.
